Most people don't know the difference between what a capitalistic form of government looks like and what a socialistic government looks like. "Unfortunately, nearly 75% of young adults will consider a socialist society, which becomes a very controlled environment." (Libby) Most of these young adults fall in the age group of 18 to around 30 years old. Almost all of these young adults are highly uneducated and really don't know the differentiating factors of the two types of government. First, a capitalistic type of government is full of freedom but in fact does contain some kind of limits and boundaries, whereas a socialistic type of government is almost under complete and udder control and has virtually no freedom at all.  Many different types of assets end up being owned by the government. The large picture and the encompassing idea of redistribution of income is a large part of a socialistic movement. This means that everyone gets paid the same. No matter who works more or less, everyone gets paid the same. What people don't understand is that the government and the people who are higher up actually make more than we do. They end up having complete control of individuals. This is what the youth and the younger generations don't pick up on. They buy into the idea that everything will be ok and all will be well because everyone will be on the same page. Although this might be the case, you give up your control, and you give it to the government. Which then they can use and will use whenever they want. Whereas in a capitalistic form of government, individuals are driven to work hard and earn their keep, so to say. Although the government does have control, the individual still isn't totally controlled by the government and has a say.
